Shemar Moore is spending time with his loved ones.

To mark three years since the passing of his mom Marylin, the Criminal Minds alum brought along girlfriend Jesiree Dizon and their 2-week-old daughter, Frankie Moore, to visit her grave. In a photo shared on Instagram Feb. 9, the family sat on a grassy lawn next to a plaque reading, "This house is my son's home. Mom. 1-26-20."

The 52-year-old wrote in the caption, "Shemar, Jesiree, Frankie, and the spirit of Grandma Marilyn."

Shemar went on to share how his mother's dream "was for me to become a father and give momma some grand babies… it took me a minute, but momma's dream is now reality!!"

"I accomplished much and experienced the good, the great, the light, and the dark… but this I couldnt do on my own," he continued, before crediting Jesiree—who is also mom to son Kaiden, 16, and daughter Charli, 5, from previous relationships—for coming back into his life and creating "a magical lil human."

Describing their baby girl as a "little miracle," Shemar added, "Jez, I love you and am so grateful… Daddy Loves Frankie… I love and miss you everyday Grandma Marilyn. RIP 2/8/20."

When Shemar first announced he was going to be a dad on The Jennifer Hudson Show in January, he touched on the next chapter in his life without his mom.

"I'm sorry she can't be here," he said. "I was worried for a while that maybe that ship had sailed kind of thing and God had my back and things lined up. It's going to be the best part of—my life is pretty grand, but I know whenever God does call my name, once I get this experience, I'll be able to go to heaven whole."

And since Frankie's birth, Shemar has been showing off his newborn's cuteness on the 'gram.

"Daddy n Frankie…," he captioned of himself cuddled up with his daughter on Feb. 9. "My New Partner in Crime."
