Sheamus Says Gunther’s Empire Is Falling Apart, Tells Giovanni Vinci To Call Him

Sheamus sends a message to Gunther ahead of their match on WWE RAW and tells Giovanni Vinci to call him.

As announced during WWE Backlash, Sheamus will face Gunther in the first round of the King of the Ring tournament on the May 6 episode of WWE RAW. This will be a rematch of their classic bout at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, where Gunther scored the win to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Following the announcement, Gunther took to Twitter to note that Sheamus was “forever riding on my coattail.” The former world champion responded by saying that he made Gunther, and he would break him. “The Celtic Warrior” wrote that Gunther’s weak empire was falling apart. He also told Giovanni Vinci to call him.

Ludwig Kaiser recently turned on Vinci and kicked him out of Imperium, leaving the stable as a two-man unit. Vinci previously joined the duo on the WWE main roster at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022.

During the 2024 WWE Draft, Vinci was selected by SmackDown. The draft rosters will be locked in starting on May 6.
