Sharon Osbourne says she’s lost too much weight on Ozempic, the diabetes drug that’s become a trendy weight-loss tool.

“I didn’t want to go this thin. It just happened,” she said during an appearance Wednesday on Piers Morgan Uncensored with husband Ozzy, 74, and children Jack, 37, and Kelly, 38.

“You can’t stay on it forever,” the host of The Talk UK, 70, said. “I lost 42 pounds now and it’s just enough.”

Sharon shared that Ozzy has been poking fun at her appearance, comparing her to a famously slender former First Lady.

“Ozzy’s having a go at me because he says I look like Mrs. Reagan — Nancy. He calls me ‘Nancy Reagan’ all the time.”

Daughter Kelly — who welcomed her first child, Sidney, in 2022 with Slipknot musician Sid Wilson — recently echoed that sentiment while talking about dropping her baby weight.

“I was like, 'Well, I lost all the baby weight. Let’s see how far I can go with it.” Kelly said. “'And then went a little too far."

And as Sharon said to Morgan, “it’s just time to stop” losing weight.

The Osbourne matriarch also shared that she struggled with nausea while taking the injections, saying, “You don’t throw up physically but you have got that feeling”

“I was about two three weeks where I felt nauseous the whole time. You get very thirsty and you don’t eat. That’s why I say you have to keep this stuff away from younger people. They will go berserk on it and it’s not right.”

Sharon told Morgan says she likely won’t remain this size for long, quipping “I’ll probably put it all on again soon, I’ve done it my whole life.”

This isn’t the first time the famously blunt Osbourne has been frank about her appearance, recently addressing her plastic surgery procedures.

"I had a full facelift done in October and I looked like one of those f—ing mummies that they wrap [with bandages]," she said. "It hurt like hell. You have no idea."

"I really f—ing pushed it with the last facelift,” she said, sharing that it left her with one eye lower than the other one. "I looked like a f—ing Cyclops. I'm, like, 'All I need is a hunchback.'"

"Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift," she added. "I am now like, no more."
