The premise revolves around a panel of investors known as “sharks,” as entrepreneurs looking for investments appear before them and pitch their businesses and ideas. Since its premiere on August 9, 2009, Shark Tank has become an immensely popular reality show. Season 15 began airing on September 29, 2023. Is there a Shark Tank Season 16 release date?
Shark Tank Season 16 does not have an official release date, but it will likely be announced in the future.
As of December 2023, Shark Tank hasn’t been greenlit for season 16 yet. However, given the popularity of the series, it’s likely a matter of time before that happens. In November 2023, during his appearance on the Showtime podcast All The Smoke, Mark Cuban, one of the sharks, revealed that he would leave the show after season 16, effectively confirming that there will be a 16th season.
Since 2013, new seasons of Shark Tank have come out at the tail end of every year, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. If the same pattern is upheld for season 16, it can come out in late 2024.
The sharks are Daymond John, Barbara Corcoran, Robert Herjavec, Kevin O’Leary, Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, and more.
