Shannon Storms Beador recently opened up about her weight loss journey. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member documented her transformation via Instagram, revealing she has lost 14 pounds.

On January 31, the RHOC mom showed off her results. In an Instagram Story, which captured Shannon in a black t-shirt with the phrase "Let's Get Real" splashed across it, she declared: "Today I am down 14 pounds, which I'm excited about. I have a little bit more to go to get to the finish line."

In an Instagram post from the same day, Shannon added, "[I] have spent the last few months eating clean, exercising, taking [Real for Real] Mineral-Aid Nightly for detoxification, and have finally balanced my hormones!"

This is not the first time Shannon has been open about her weight loss journey. In 2019, she lost 40 pounds and credited her diet. "It's what you eat. It's what you put into your body," she said at the time.

Then in 2020, Shannon fell ill with COVID-19. Her weight fluctuated while she was sick as well as during the months that followed. In a September 2020 Instagram Story, she revealed, "I worked really hard to get myself back to a certain place, and it's so flipping easy to lose [motivation.] And I'm starting down that path, and I keep talking and talking and talking and talking about how I have to change it and get back [on track], so I'm going to."

Beyond the diet and exercise plan that helps her feel her best, Shannon recently opened up about the tried-and-true fashion staple helping her look her best. "I'm very traditional, so I have quite a few blazers," she said during The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 16 After Show. "It's my uniform."
