Is Shakira dating the hunky star of her new music video? Here’s what we know

Life is imitating art in a big way for Shakira, who is reportedly dating the costar of her music video for “Punteria (Aim).”

He’s “Emily in Paris” hunk Lucien Laviscount.

Late last month, the two were pictured on a dinner date in NYC at Carbone, which has a sister restaurant in South Beach. Shakira had just performed in Times Square, with Laviscount in her cheering section.

Their night out didn’t come as a huge surprise to gossip watchers: The pop star, 47, and actor, 31, had already been looking pretty cozy.

In a joint Instagram post promoting the latest track, the Colombiana is draped over the shirtless British hunk.

Insiders confirmed the new romance to UK’s The Daily Mail, adding that their relationship was not yet serious. A source added that some of her pals had concerns that the “Celebrity Big Brother” alum may be using Shakira for clout.

Time will tell if we see Laviscount in Miami, where Shakira lives with the two sons she shares with soccer player Gerard Pique.

The “Hips Don’t Lie” hitmaker has already been linked to a slew of eligible bachelors since relocating here from Spain last spring.

The A-list includes Lewis Hamilton, Jimmy Butler, Drake, even Tom Cruise. But nothing seems to have panned out.

Some insiders reportedly believe the reason that Shakira hadn’t gotten serious with any suitors is that she’s still smarting over Pique. The two split in June 2022 after 11 years amid cheating rumors.

Shakira admitted to Elle magazine three months after the scandal that she was going through a tough time: “This is probably the darkest hour of my life.”

But her latest album probably will put those rumors to rest.

Its title: “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

Translation: Women Don’t Cry Anymore.
