‘Sex Education’ Trailer: Netflix Urges Fans To “Get Tissues Ready” For Final Season

Sex Education fans, the wait for the final season is nearly over. In anticipation of the big finish on September 21, Netflix has dropped the main trailer for the series, which follows the travails of students from Moordale Secondary School.

Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) and Eric Effiong (Ncuti Gatwa) are embarking on their new lives at Cavendish Sixth Form College, which promises to be even more promiscuous than Moordale.

The trailer hints at a conclusion for the will-they-won’t-they storyline between Otis and Maeve Wiley (Emma Mackey), as well as new relationship statuses for other fan favorites.

Gillian Anderson returns as sex therapist Dr Jean Milburn, who has a new baby (but is uncertain of the father) and appears to have embarked on a new venture as a radio agony auntie.

Schitt’s Creek star Dan Levy, who has a recurring role as Wiley’s tutor in America, also makes an appearance in the trailer.

Made by UK company Eleven, Sex Education Season 3 had 66.6M views in its first 91 days on Netflix.
