Serendipity Launches a Line of Ice Cream Pints Inspired by the Celebrity Hot Spot's Iconic Desserts

Enjoying a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate at New York City’s Serendipity 3 is a bucket list item worth making a trip to the city for. But if you can’t quite swing it, your local 7-Eleven has the next best thing.

Serendipity Brands has released a line of ice cream pints inspired by the restaurant’s iconic treats at participating 7-Eleven locations nationwide.

The brightly packaged pints come in eight different flavors, including the classic Frrrozen Hot Chocolate. It’s made true to the original drink—which has been served more than 25 millions times—with a hot chocolate flavored ice cream, whipped cream swirl and chocolate shavings.

Other flavors include the Strawberry Fields Sundae (strawberry ice cream with strawberries and cheesecake pieces); Outrageous Banana Split (banana flavored ice cream with fudge swirls, walnuts and strawberries); Birthday Cake (cake flavored ice cream with swirls of pink frosting, cake pieces and sprinkles); Forbidden Broadway Sundae (chocolate flavored ice cream with brownie pieces and fudge swirls); Cafe Espresso Chip (coffee ice cream with chocolate chunks); Humble Pie (peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter swirls, chocolate chunks and graham pieces); and Vanilla Vogue (vanilla ice cream flavored with Madagascar vanilla).

In addition to being featured in the 2001 film Serendipity, the eatery has also long been a hot spot for celebrities including Marilyn Monroe, Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian and Oprah Winfrey. Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx most recently celebrated Holmes’ 40th birthday there in December.

“One of Serendipity 3’s long-time customers Andy Warhol once said, ‘The idea of waiting for something makes it more exciting,’ and that’s exactly how our team feels about the launch of our new super premium line of ice cream,” Mark Smolin, CEO of Serendipity Brands, said in a press release. “The wait is finally over, and we couldn’t be more thrilled that for the first time our fans outside of New York City and across the United States will now be able to enjoy these iconic dessert flavors right from their own freezer.”
