The actress, 47, took to Instagram Thursday to share a photo of herself with her head shaved.
"Today is a banner day. I am being discharged from the care of an incredible team of nurses and techs and a visionary Dr. who believes in my healing as much as I do," she wrote. "This has been a process. And will continue to be one."
She continued, "I am immunocompromised for next three months at least. So no kisses please. I wanted to make sure any complications that might arise here were my private space. And we got through brilliantly."
She also thanked her followers for all their love and support.
"I see things so much more clearly now. And I am excited to share this journey when I am ready. For now, I have recovery," she added.
Blair revealed her MS diagnosis via Instagram in October, writing she "probably had this incurable disease for 15 years at least," but her symptoms "were never taken seriously." She has been actively documenting her life on social media since.
