Selma Blair Shares Revealing Photo After Chemotherapy Treatment

Selma Blair showed off a very intimate photo of herself amid her battle with MS, and although most fans are supporting the star's decision to be real, many are criticizing the artistic inspiration behind her photo.

The "Cruel Intentions" star took to Instagram on Saturday and shared a photo of herself, bottomless, standing in front of a mirror while wearing a retro sweater and holding a crab-shaped purse over her nether region.

"Portrait of a lady," the star captioned the shot while tagging fashion designer Thom Browne.

Blair's smooth backside is on display, and paired with the smoothness of her bald head makes for a strikingly beautiful photo that has gained the praise of many fans and celebs.

Christina Milian commented, "I adore you!" while "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland wrote a string of smiling emojis.

Model Jaime King couldn't help but give a cheeky response, writing, "I love you cutie booty."

Even Blair's BFF and "Cruel Intentions" co-star, Sarah Michelle Gellar, got in on the action, jokingly writing, "You know they have medicine for that."

Gellar was referring to the positioning of Blair's giant crab.

Unfortunately, not everyone was a fan of Blair's racy post, with many claiming she was showing too much during treatment.

"I don’t get it but that’s just me. It’s a tough disease but never lose your dignity, Selma. I get the shock factor though," one fan wrote.

Another snapped, "Please put sone pants on ..... Your making it so creepy for people with MS. I understand being strong but thats just creepy."

47-year-old Blair has been extremely open about her battle with MS, and the steps she's taken for treatment.

A few months ago, the star revealed she was undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

Even though chemo is generally associated with cancer treatment, newer treatments for MS have utilized the practice, and seen positive results, during stem cell therapy treatment.

Blair was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last October.
