It's O Group LA versus O Group OC, Chrishell Stause versus Jason Oppenheim's new girlfriend, and Bre Tiesi versus Flamin' Hot Cheetos in the new trailer for Selling Sunset season 7.

In the trailer released Thursday, tensions are higher than Chelsea Lazkani's stilettos. Selling the OC star and fellow agent Gio Helou appears at a dinner party with the Los Angeles crew and bosses Jason and Brett Oppenheim, who inform their LA agents that they've "gotten a little bit complacent," whereas "the agents in the OC work their asses off."

"I just hope that the OC office doesn't end up subsidizing the LA office," Helou adds, prompting big gasps from around the table.

Elsewhere, over a lunch date, Stause clashes with her ex-boyfriend Jason's new girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk, who proposes that "maybe there's feelings left" between Stause and her former beau. "I'm losing brain cells on this conversation," Stause, who recently wed musician partner G Flip earlier this year, says in response.

"You know how Jason is," Stause's pal Mary Fitzgerald says. "He loves somebody, he loves them forever."

Other plot points this season include a group trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Lazkani's feud with Tiesi — who keeps keeps Flamin' Hot Cheetos in her Hermès Birkin bag, by the way — appearing to reach a fever pitch.

Stause told EW last month that the new season gets quite messy. "I definitely am in a few of the s--- shows, if I'm being honest," she said, teasing of the Cabo trip, "It doesn't really make for an easy situation. I think there are a few s--- shows that happen and I do as best as I can to just kind of, you know, state my opinions, but it gets messy."

It won't be all drama, though. "I got really close with Bre, and I don't think you got to see that much on season 6. So you'll get to see that more on season 7," Stause added. Tiesi also shared that the two share an "impactful" moment this season. "It's a little bit different than some of the things I feel like that's been portrayed for her and myself," she said.

Selling Sunset season 7 drops Nov. 3 on Netflix.
