Nicole Young is setting the record straight.

Following the Selling Sunset season 7 reunion that premiered on Wednesday night, Young took to her Instagram Story to clarify a few details that she said weren’t included in the final edit of the Netflix special regarding her ongoing feud with Chrishell Stause.

“Just wanted to jump on here really quick because there’s something in the reunion that wasn’t shown in the final edit,” she begins the video. “I don’t know why. I don’t understand. I have no explanation, but during the reunion taping, I definitely did apologize to Chrishell.”

The Oppenheim Group agent adds that “the whole cast was there” to witness her apology and that it was caught on camera.

“For whatever reason they decided not to put it in the final edit. So you won’t see that unfortunately this evening but it definitely did happen,” she continues. “I just want to point that out because I think that’s an important piece to this whole puzzle moving forward.”

During the reunion, host Tan France resurfaced multiple disputes between the two reality stars that fans watched play out in season 7 — and the discussion got heated.

“I hate you, I own it,” Stause tells Young in front of France and her castmates. “I don’t care that it’s not nice. I do hate you and I know you hate me.”

Later in the episode, Young gets hooked up to a lie detector test to determine whether she actually did “target Chrishell for screen time” on the show. Stause has previously been vocal on social media about cast members creating conflict with her to “get a storyline” on the hit real estate drama.

Young immediately answers “no” to the question, and after a long pause, the result reveals that she’s telling the truth. France then questions how Stause feels about the answer, to which she asks Young: “Then what were you doing?”

While Young has been an agent at the Oppenheim Group for nearly 10 years, she joined the show as a full-time cast member in season 6. Fans immediately saw tension rise between the show’s newcomer and Stause when Young accused her of taking credit for two of her listings more than three years ago.

The drama escalated when the agents took a group trip to Palm Springs and Stause claimed Young was acting "cracked out" in front of everyone and accused her of being on drugs while the group was having dinner.

"When she first said it, I felt like I'd just been hit by a train. I was so shocked," Young recalls. "I was like a deer in headlights. It took me a moment to even process what she had said, and I was gutted. I was just absolutely gutted."

She added that she immediately left the table to call her husband and she “bawled her eyes out” to him.
