In January 2023, Netflix announced that it was renewing Selling The OC for Seasons 2 and 3. The reality show, which is a spin-off of the legendary series Selling Sunset, saw huge success with its first season. The second season’s release date is extremely close – Friday, September 8, 2023.

Selling The OC season 1 was released on August 24, 2022, followed by the second installment this Friday, September 8, 2023. Considering the pattern, it looks like the third season will be released sometime between August and September 2024, unless there are outside forces that might speed up or postpone the release. No information about Season 3 other than a confirmation of its renewal is released as of yet.

The reality show documents real estate agents of The Oppenheim Group, the West Hollywood-based luxury real estate group, founded by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
