Selena Gomez Performs ‘Nobody’ With Hillsong Young & Free Christian Rock Band
Selena Gomez surprised Christian concert-goers on Thursday night with a performance of “Nobody” off her Revival album.
The 23-year-old pop star took the stage at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles, joining Young & Free, a Christian rock band from Australia’s Hillsong Church. The downtown venue is the same location Hillsong L.A. congregates weekly for its Sunday services and was a scheduled stop on the Aussie band’s Youth Revival Tour.
Selena was reportedly greeted by loud cheers from the audience as she sang her soulful tune alongside Young & Free’s band members. The Insider With Yahoo caught up with the band backstage after their big night and they couldn’t help but gush about Gomez, revealing that she’s “a good friend” in addition to being a “part of the church” in L.A.
