Located in the celeb-favorite community of Calabasas, California, not far from his ex Khloe Kardashian and her family, the 7,786-square-foot estate resides on just over three acres of land in a private compound.
The custom main home features five bedrooms, six baths and five fireplaces, while a guest house out back was converted into a recording studio by Montana.
A gym, movie theater and wine cellar are highlights inside the main house, which also features a chef’s kitchen with an eat-in nook and formal dining room. The expansive master suite boasts a steam shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet and seating area.
The backyard is an entertainer’s dream, with a pool and spa, cabana, courtyard, outdoor kitchen with a brick pizza oven and plenty of seating for dining al fresco. There’s also a topiary of an elephant holding court in the middle of it all!
Montana reportedly made several upgrades to the house since purchasing it from the “Lose You to Love Me” singer. In addition to creating the new recording studio — a renovation which the Los Angeles Times reports cost $400,000 — he repainted the turquoise and purple walls Gomez left in the home.

While both Gomez and Montana stayed in the home for several years, each also had their fair share of trouble with break-ins while residing there.
In July 2018, while Montana was living in the house, at least two armed male suspects forced entry into the mansion, the Calabasas Sheriff Department confirmed to PEOPLE at the time. Deputies responded to an armed robbery call at around 8:00 a.m., however, upon their arrival, the suspects had already fled the scene, a spokesperson for the department confirmed.
At least two residents were at the location at the time of the robbery, but authorities were not able to confirm if any of them were Montana.
Back in 2014, a man was arrested while Gomez was home and was charged with burglary and trespassing. He reportedly broke into her guest house and was found at the scene.
