After several years of waiting, Selena Gomez has FINALLY released the name of her upcoming single and even dropped the date when it will be available.
The singer causally shared a post on social media Friday of what looks like the artwork for her first new single, "Lose You To Love Me."
"I needed to lose you to love me," she shared, which seems to possibly be a lyric of the song. She also included the date October 23 signifying that's when it will be available for streaming.
Gomez has been dropping nuggets all week leading up to this big announcement.
Fans got extra excited when she shared what appeared to be a clip from a music video and tagged Spotify in it on Thursday.
"I saw the signs and I ignored it," she captioned the video, which could be another lyric of the upcoming song.
An hour before revealing the single, Gomez posted this adorable childhood photo.
"I gave my all and they all know it," another obvious clue nod to the song and lyrics.
#SelenaIsBack and #SelenaIsComing started trending after she shared an artsy picture on Thursday.
Another black and white photo shows the singer looking up into the sky.
"Rose colored glasses all distorted," she teased the IG snap.
Gomez shared her first clue yesterday with this childhood throwback.
"We always go into it blindly," was the caption of what appeared to be her school pic from decades ago.
Fans REALLY lost it when she shared her face on Amazon billboards all over New York City.
They teased, "Alexa, Follow Selena Gomez."
Gomez's last album was her 2015 sophomore one, "Revival." While she's yet to release an album in years, she's appeared on several artist's singles since then.
