Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are back in New York City.

The couple landed on Monday, arriving ahead of tonight's 2022 Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Ripple of Hope Award.

Alongside Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy and others, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to receive an award that honors their work as "exemplary leaders across government, business, advocacy, and entertainment who have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to social change and worked to protect and advance equity, justice, and human rights," per the foundation's website.

Previous laureates include Stacey Abrams, Amanda Gorman, Colin Kaepernick, and President Barack Obama.

Photos seen in Harper's Bazaar showed the couple exiting the airport. Meghan wore a sleek black long-sleeved top paired with dark square shades. She wore her hair up in a bun that hung at the nape of her neck. Meanwhile, Harry looked suave in a white button-down, black trousers, and a black blazer.

This marks the couple's first public appearance since the release of the full-length trailer for their forthcoming Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan. The show, which will be released in two volumes on December 8 and December 15, paints a complicated portrait of the Sussexes' time as working senior royals.

"It's really hard to look back on it now and go, 'What on earth happened?'" Harry says in the explosive trailer. "There's a hierarchy of the family. You know, there's leaking, but there's also planting of stories. It's a dirty game."

Later, Meghan adds, "I realized they're never gonna protect you,"
