See It First: Owl City Debuts ‘Verge’ Featuring Aloe Blacc

Multi-platinum, chart-topping alternative pop trailblazer Owl City (aka Adam Young) will release his forthcoming fifth full-length album, Mobile Orchestra, July 10.

Musically conceived everywhere from airports and hotels to tour buses, Mobile Orchestra follows up 2012’s Midsummer Station, which featured the hit duet with Carly Rae Jepsen, “Good Time.” The new record also features standout collaborations with country star Jake Owen, pop luminaries Hanson, and more.

Yahoo Music is excited to debut the video for “Verge,” his collaboration with Aloe Blacc’s strikingly smooth signature croon.

“When I wrote 'Verge’ I wanted to capture that moment everyone experiences, that one event in life that signifies the end of an era followed by a new beginning,” says Young. “It was an honor to work with Aloe Blacc and his contribution to the song is invaluable."
