Dolly Parton's album release film, premiering as a first-listen event for new album "Rockstar" will be showing at 10 Nashville theaters. Her new album "Rockstar" will be released on Nov. 17.
On Nov. 15, and Nov. 16 at some select theaters, the cinema-only event is a unique celebration of Parton's new project, showing first in theaters around the globe. The film includes music videos, Parton's life behind-the-scenes, exclusive performances and an exclusive interview with Dolly herself.
The "Rockstar" film even includes a never-before-seen performance of a Parton's holiday song, "Circle of Love," and a rare performance of "9 to 5."
In a press statement, Parton said, "I am excited to know that my fans around the world will be able to come together and be the first to hear a sneak peek of my "Rockstar" album,” she continued, “I am so proud of this music, and I am humbled by all the wonderful artists who joined me. I cannot wait for people to hear it!”
