These are radio hits!
Over Labor Day weekend, iHeartMedia presented its annual awards to a slew of artists, some who accepted their trophies from home. iHeartMedia unveiled winners on air on iHeartRadio stations across the country, including acceptance speeches from artists including Taylor Swift, Elton John, Lizzo, Billie Eilish, Jonas Brothers and others. Billie Eilish and Shawn Mendes led the nominations list with seven each. Camila Cabello and Taylor Swift trailed closely behind with six each.
The iHeartRadio Music Awards, with Usher set to host, was originally scheduled to take place at the Shrine Auditorium on March 29, but ultimately ended up awarding artists online. In lieu of performances, the platform featured the iHeart Living Room Concert for America, which raised more than $1 million for food banks nationwide.
