LA FIESTA MEXICAN RESTAURANT (1395 COLLEGE STATION RD): 64. Inspector Notes: "Observed dried food debris on can opener stored on kitchen table at rear kitchen. Observed employees wearing jewelry and wrist watches during food handling. Observed accumulation of condensate in keg cooler at front bar. Observed dumpster drain plug not present." All other violations corrected during inspection.
POPEYES LOUISIANA KITCHEN (3160 ATLANTA HWY): 74. Inspector Notes: "Observed bulk containers of flour and filter additive (chemical) in main kitchen next to fryers with no label. Cracked and missing quarry tiles at walkway next to breading station and by fryers. Worn grout lines in multiple places throughout kitchen. Employee food in bin stored over customer food in WIC. Employee bag on shelf over steam table."

Observed boxes of single service containers stored on floor. Observed vegetable preparation sink in rear kitchen not securely attached to wall. Observed employee personal food stored on RIC shelf adjacent to food for establishment."
AMICI ITALIAN CAFE (233 E CLAYTON ST): 87. Inspector notes: "Observed buildup of mold in bulk ice machine in kitchen. Chlorine concentration too low (below 50 ppm) in dish washer. CA: Chlorine sanitizer must be at least 50 ppm and at the most 100 ppm in dish washer. Walk-in freezer (WIF) has ice buildup in top right corner and the door to the WIF won't seal shut. Gasket missing in parts on door to walk-in cooler (WIC). Gasket pulling from dressing prep cooler. Bar keg cooler (left) has heavy build-up of water at bottom of cooler. Concrete floors in WIF. Buildup of grease on wall and ceiling by fryer."

Plastic tabs and lexan container lids throughout - broken or chipped. Storage shelves in walk-in units - food debris buildup. Worn table bottoms, shelving in cook and back kitchens. Grease buildup. Section of broken / missing tiles in WIC (produce) at freezer door. Heavy spills / buildup in WIF on floor. Live roaches observed on wall near dish area. Instructed to contact pest control ASAP and to monitor for activity."

Observed worker dumping employee drink in kitchen hand sink. Right-side make table top not maintaining food at proper temperature. Paper towel dispenser at front hand sink not operating. Damaged quarry tile cove molding observed by mop sink. Drip cup missing at vent hood over griddle."
