Following some minor roles in recent Marvel movies, Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury is front-and-center for Secret Invasion, in which he finds himself in the middle of an alien invasion. With shapeshifting Skrulls capable of transforming themselves into any human shape, Fury’s enemy is very much hiding in plain sight.
Fan-favorite Samuel L. Jackson is joined by newcomers to the MCU, Emilia Clarke and Olivia Colmon, as well as the already-established Ben Mendelsohn and Martin Freeman.
With only six episodes in the series, viewers should expect a fast-paced show that moves quickly from beat to beat. Don’t expect too much in the way of plodding downtime, as it seems like Nick Fury will be constantly moving to stop the invasion.
