Rolling Stone can exclusively reveal that the comedian will break the record for most-consecutive comedy shows at Madison Square Garden later this year, as he adds a fifth night to his stop in New York City. After selling out shows from Sept. 18 through 21, Maniscalco added a fifth show on Sept. 22.

“I am sincerely humbled and filled with gratitude for the unwavering support of my fans, granting me the extraordinary opportunity to perform five consecutive historic nights at The World’s Most Famous Arena,” Maniscalco said in a press release. “New York City, especially MSG, has shown me so much love.”

Tickets for the fifth show go on sale on Friday, Feb. 2 at 11 a.m E.T. Fans can also access artist presale tickets on Jan. 31 on the comic’s website. With the fifth show, Maniscalco also earns the record for most shows by a comedian at MSG. (He set the record of four consecutive shows in 2019.)

“My only goal when I got into this business was to perform for a living and since, it’s taken me for a ride I’ve only dreamed of,” he reflected. “Breaking my own personal record here is not just a milestone but a testament to the amazing connection we share and love for comedy. Thank you for the overwhelming support and making this journey unforgettable.”

The five shows land in the middle of a massive U.S. tour that begins in Virginia in July and ends in Iowa in December. Along the way, the comic will stop in cities such as Phoenix, Boston, Seattle, and Chicago.

“Brace yourselves for an elevated comedy tour, a unique experience unlike anything I’ve embarked upon in the past,” he said. “From roasting today’s absurdities — non-existent manners, wallet-wincing prices, and the social media circus, we will laugh at the wrongs in this shameless world.”

The new tour comes after he starred as Danny in Bookie, the Max comedy series he also executive-produced, last year. The series was renewed for a second season. Last year, he voiced Foreman Spike in The Super Mario Bros. Movie and played Giorgo Moroder in Spinning Gold. The comic will also voice a magician mouse in the Ryan Reynolds-starring movie If, out in May.
