Gym, tan and I'm not crying, why are you crying?

The return of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro takes center stage on the upcoming season of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” which begins Thursday, Feb. 8, on MTV.

A season trailer was released on Thursday, Jan. 4.

“Ron's here,” says DJ Pauly DelVecchio.

“What is happening?” says Deena Cortese Buckner.

“Am I living in a Twilight Zone?” asks Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Ronnie's ex.

But instead of Ron-Ron time, it's a moment of reflection — and a few tears, too.

“I feel like this is where I belong,” Ronnie says.

“Yo, Ron's crying first day back!” Pauly says.

Sammi opted out of the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” reboot in 2018 as she wanted to “avoid potentially toxic situations” with Ronnie, who's racked up a string of domestic violence arrests and incidents in the last five years. His most recent was for suspicion of intimate partner violence in April 2021 in Los Angeles.

A judge determined that the time he spent in treatment was significant enough to forgo a sentence behind bars. At the time, MTV said he was stepping away from the show to focus on his “mental health."

Ronnie has made several brief appearances on the show since then. Now, it looks like he's here to stay but some things need to be settled.

“I feel like we've all known for quite some time that Ron may be coming back,” says Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.

“Hell no!” Sammi says.

The cast also hits the Jersey Shore house in Seaside Heights; takes in “Jersey Shore” Day on Sept. 22, 2023, at the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City; and Angelina Pivarnick gives Vinny Guadagnino a lap dance on stage in the upcoming season, according to the trailer.
