Jamaican-American singer Sean Kingston’s mom has been arrested after authorities, including SWAT, raided the “Beautiful Girls” singer’s Miami-area home.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office arrested Janice Turner, 61, and she is facing both fraud and theft charges, the Miami Herald reports.

Kingston, 34, was not home when both BSO detectives and Davie police SWAT raided his home in Southwest Ranches, about 24 miles northwest of Hollywood, Florida, according to the outlet.

A representative for Kingston — whose real name is Kisean Paul Anderson — did not immediately respond to the Daily News’ request for comment.

Also known for songs like “Take You There” and “Me Love”, Kingston on Wednesday shared an Instagram story suggesting he was in Los Angeles and heading to Las Vegas.

“People love negative energy! I am good and so is my mother!” Kingston wrote on his story Thursday. “My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”

While the Herald was unable to confirm if Kingston is being investigated, law enforcement sources told TMZ he is, though would not specify for what.

Both Kingston and his mother have been sued in recent months, with the former sued in March for allegedly skipping out on the $100,000 he owed for a 232-inch TV, according to the Herald.

The outlet noted that the filing notes plaintiff Ver Ver Entertainment was unaware Kingston “has a long history of engaging in fraudulent conduct.”

Multiple jewelers have taken legal action against Kingston in recent years, with New York City jeweler Aqua Master suing him in 2016 and ordering him to pay $301,500 two years later.

He was ordered to pay $44,000 in 2016 by Haimov Jewelers, one of three times the Miami jeweler has taken legal action against him, per the Herald.

Turner earlier this month was also sued for breaching a lease agreement for the Fort Lauderdale residence she was renting, for which she also owed $100,000, according to records viewed by the outlet.
