Is there a Scott’s Vacation House Rules Season 5 release date?

Scott’s Vacation House Rules Season 5 could arrive by spring 2024.

In 2022, HGTV Canada posted a casting call for season 5 on their website, asking interested parties to send in their applications for a chance for their properties to be featured in the show. Eligibility requirements included the properties to be located within a 2 to 3-hour drive of the Greater Toronto Area, the applicants’ willingness to contribute at least CA$150,000 to the renovation, and their availability for four to five days over the course of eight to ten weeks in 2022. The last requirement indicates that, unless there is a delay, the filming will take place in 2022. Considering all the previous seasons premiered in spring every year since 2020, it’s safe to speculate that season 5 will come out in spring 2024.

This date is an estimation based on the information we have at the time of this writing.

The cast includes Scott McGillivray as self, Debra Salmoni as self, and more.
