Scott Baio didn’t have to compete with a lot of A-list stars to get a seat at Donald Trump’s inauguration. He was perhaps the biggest Hollywood celebrity in attendance.

The Happy Days and Charles in Charge alum — a staunch Trump supporter, who actually got into a fight at his child’s elementary school over politics — posted a photo from the Capitol on Friday. Looking not that different than he did when he was Chachi (save for a few wrinkles around his eyes), the outspoken Republican was accompanied by his wife, Renee, and feeling patriotic.

“Proud to be an American!” wrote the 56-year-old actor.

During the inauguration, the couple took a selfie with Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro, captioning it “Basket of Deplorables!”

Baio also shared a photo from his arrival in Washington, D.C., to show off his VIP credentials, which, again, he had no trouble securing because there were no big celebrities (aside from Stephen Baldwin and Jon Voight) who wanted to attend or perform.

Here’s a pic of Baio celebrating with Baldwin at a party.

As reported, Hollywooders avoided the inauguration in a big way. America’s Got Talent contestant Jackie Evancho, who most people hadn’t heard of until the inauguration was planned, sang during the ceremony. The Yahoo News live blog noted that the seating section that had been devoted to celebrities at Obama’s inauguration — where Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, and others sat — had been given to the press instead.
