‘Scorpion’ Star Elyes Gabel Accused of Rape, LAPD Investigating Incident

'Scorpion' star Elyes Gabel is being accused of rape by an ex-girlfriend, who filed a police report and restraining order against the actor.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a woman claiming to have dated the actor for over a month is now accusing him of raping her while she slept. The woman, who we are choosing not to name, filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County Courts outlining the brutal allegations including a copy of a police report she filed with the LAPD.

In the filing, the woman says the incident occurred on July 3, 2022, saying, "He raped me while I was asleep.  I woke up with him inside of me.  He threatened to tell the police I 'forced myself on him.' He also didn't use a condom without my consent."

As you know, Gabel starred in all 4 seasons as the computer genius on "Scorpion."

A spokesperson for Gabel's issued a statement to The Blast, saying, "There is absolutely no truth to these claims. Elyes was romantically involved with this individual for many months – and her allegations are simply false."

A police report was filed 20 days after the incident, where officers described their initial interview with the alleged victim. "Victim was in contact with her ex-boyfriend (suspect) via text and invited him to come over and hang out. Shortly after, the suspect's arrival they ordered pizza and were hanging out with her friends...the victim offered that the suspect stay the night because he had been drinking and she did not want him to drive under the influence. The suspect agreed to spend the night at the victim's residence," it reads.

Around 4 am, the alleged victim claims she noticed "that her underwear was pulled down to her knees and she could smell and feel oil all over her body." In the reporter, the officers describe the alleged assault, saying, "the suspect then got on top of her (from behind) and began inserting his erected penis inside her vagina for approximately 30 seconds to one minute (the victim said the suspect penetrated her vagina with his erected penis approximately 5-10 times.)"

Confusingly, the woman describes specific details of the assault, while claiming she was asleep.

She adds, "Shortly after, the suspect stopped. The victim then asked the suspect, "Why am I covered in oil?" The suspect replied, "We had sex." The victim replied, "How? I was asleep." The victim explained to the suspect that the sex they had was not consensual because she was asleep, the suspect became defensive and said, "Are you accusing me of rape?" The suspect told the victim that during the incident she was awake and she is the one who rubbed her butt on his penis. The victim denied the suspect's statements."

In the description of abuse, the woman claims following the incident, "I confronted him and he became aggressive so I diffused the situation and confronted him again in the morning" and "I asked him to please go get Plan B emergency contraceptive and he fought me on that before eventually doing it".

According to the police report, the victim told cops she had already washed her underwear and bed sheets so no evidence was collected from the scene. Also, due to the alleged crime happening "approximately 20 days ago," officers didn't send the woman to get a rape kit done at a hospital.

Interestingly, the woman was offered an emergency protective order by the police department "but declined it at the time" the report was completed. "At first the victim was reluctant to provide my partner with the suspect's personal information because he is a "Celebrity" and she did not want to get him in trouble. because she cares about him. The victim told my partner the suspect currently has an open criminal case for assaulting one of his former girlfriends," the officer described.

As for the other case, according to multiple reports, Gabel was charged with misdemeanor assault after allegedly choking and shoving his girlfriend. One report says the incident occurred in May of 2021 at the Bowery Hotel in New York, where he is accused of spitting at her face and threatening her saying, "c--t f---ing bitch. I'm going to punch your f---ing face in." In the current restraining order, the woman claims "he goes to NYC for weeks at a time.  I'm not sure if he's in town right now."

A judge issued a temporary restraining order against the actor, ordering him to stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim and her home. She claims in the filing, her "mental health has drastically declined since the incident" and is seeing two therapists.

Gabel and the woman are due back in court on November 2nd, to argue a permanent restraining order. It's unclear where the police and prosecutors are with their criminal investigation.
