Scooter Braun Divorce Settlement: Keeping His $40 Million Private Jet

Scooter Braun is officially a single man after his divorce from his wife Yael Cohen became legally final, and the music manager is keeping his $40 million private jet!

According to the document, obtained by The Blast, the super producer snagged himself a pretty good deal in the divorce from his wife of fewer than ten years. The documents show that the couple had a prenup allowing Braun to keep their $65 million Brentwood home. Plus, Scooter will get the private jet -- a Gulfstream G450 -- and over 100 pieces of art from very well know artists like Andy Warhol.

He also got an undisclosed number of investments and bank accounts plus a Porsche and a Tesla. It should be noted, that Braun's wife isn't walking away empty-handed, he has to pay her a $20 million equalization payment. 

This makes sense, he has to offset all the monetary value he is gaining from the toys and fun gadgets he maintained in the divorce.

Scooter Braun Will Be Paying Massive Child Support

Braun is father to three children with Yael and we all know a divorce settlement doesn’t mean you’re off the hook with the kids. He will start paying $60k a month in child support for Levi, Hart, and Jagger, all under the age of 10.

Unfortunately, for Braun, one of his biggest artist Justin Bieber just canceled his world tour and it's unclear how much money that is going to take out of his pockets.

Also, he was also forced to part ways with some of those extremely valuable paintings and pass them along to Yael. Other assets Braun’s wife received include the Land Rover she’s been shuffling the kids around in and assets from multiple bank accounts. 

Scooter Braun Files For Divorce From His Wife

The music producer shocked many when he filed for divorce from Yael in July 2021. The two married in 2014 Braun has been dating the South African philanthropist for a few years. Back in 2019, Yael bragged to The Tot, that her marriage works because “we show up for each other. "

Nothing, and I mean nothing is more important than each other. Then being there to support and love each other. I am present when I'm present, meaning my physical presence is not enough, my mental and emotional presence is what’s important.,” she went on to share.

Not sure where that energy went but the two couldn’t make it back to that and decided that divorce was the best option. 

Scooter Braun & Yael Will Share Joint Custody Of Children

Just about the only thing that was in total agreement for the form couple is how they handle parenting. It was reported that they both wanted and agreed to joint physical custody without any issues. 

Since having their first child, Jagger in 2015, Yael and Braun made them the priority because she adamantly believes that children thrive with two active parents. She told the parenting blog, Motherlucker after Jagger’s birth, “being a parent is hard. Really hard," but she and Braun are committed. 

Hopefully, this divorce doesn’t rock that unity.
