Scoop (2023), an Indian crime-drama television series based on the real-life story of journalist Jigna Vora, who was framed and imprisoned for the murder of rival journalist Jyotirmoy Dey, premiered its first season on Netflix on June 2, 2023. Since then, fans have been wondering whether or not the series would get another season.

Moreover, if a second season happens, it will feature another protagonist, who may also be based on a real-life person instead of Jagruti Pathak (based on Jigna Vora), as her story was concluded in the first season itself. Furthermore, if more seasons happen after the second season, they will also feature different protagonists.
