Scarlett Johansson Reveals the Roughest Night of Her Life
Scarlett Johansson is revealing her roughest night, and it has nothing to do with her new role— but with her daughter Rose Dorothy.
“Probably the night I gave birth,” responded the actress when asked what her roughest night was. “That’s no joke.”
Co-star Jillian Bell joined in on the fun at the New York City premiere of their newest film Rough Night and said her roughest nights are the ones where “you black out.”
The upcoming comedy, which hits theaters on June 16, tells the story of five longtime friends who come together for one wild bachelorette weekend in Miami. But after the night literally gets rough, the girls must come together to get through it in one piece.
The newly divorced Johansson recently made headlines with her public custody battle with ex-husband French journalist Romain Dauriac. The actress filed for divorce in March after two years of marriage and share 2-year-old Rose.

“As a devoted mother and private person and with complete awareness that my daughter will one day be old enough to read the news about herself, I would only like to say that I will never, ever be commenting on the dissolution of my marriage,” the actress told PEOPLE in a statement. “Out of respect for my desires as a parent and out of respect for all working moms, it is with kindness that I ask other parties involved and the media to do the same.”
Now, the Rough Night star is being tied romantically to Saturday Night Live actor Colin Jost and they were both seen enjoying a date night in New York City together on Saturday evening.
