Scarface Announces The Brad “Scarface” Jordan: Behind The Desk Experience Tour
Scarface is hitting the road. The veteran rapper has shared dates for The Brad “Scarface” Jordan: Behind The Desk Experience Tour, taking him across the country for multiple shows this spring.
The official tour begins on March 12 in Atlanta following a pre-scheduled performance in Miami at the Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival. Additional stops include Memphis, TN, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, and Philadelphia, before wrapping in Charlotte, NC.
The Texas native’s performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk concert inspired the trek. Released in December 2023, the intimate showcase saw the Geto Boyz rapper delivering a soul-stirring presentation of his fan-favorite records.
At the beginning of the clip, the 53-year-old explained, “We came here to jam for you all tonight, or this morning, or whenever the f**k. We’re going to talk about some songs and how they came about
NPR Producer Bobby Carter added in a statement, “Scarface’s Tiny Desk concert radiates with his decades-long passion as an emcee and producer. There’s calculated intent behind every word and note of this 30-minute set and I learned that his love for golf also runs deep during our initial meeting.”
During the 30-minute set, the legacy musician performed songs from both the Geto Boys catalog and his solo discography including “Mary Jane,” “Smile,” “I Seen a Man Die,” F**k Faces,” and “Mind Playing Tricks on Me.” Additionally, the rapper shared fun facts about each track, introduced his equally talented son, and more.
