Savannah Bananas' Jackson Olson was at Sunday's Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau Field
Could a Savannah Banana be a good luck charm for the Green Bay Packers?
Well, one was at Sunday's game, which the Packers won 20-3 against the Los Angeles Rams. That improved Green Bay's record to 3-5.
Jackson Olson, infielder for the Bananas — who are like the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball — shared a video from Lambeau Field with his 1.6 million TikTok followers and 461,000 Instagram followers.
In the video, Olson is sitting in the stands, sporting a Packers hoodie and hat, and holding a Miller Lite.
Olson — known for being the Bananas' "Greatest Showman" and his love of T-Swift — mouthed the words to a viral TikTok audio from @ohheyitsbunnie that says:
"I woke up this morning and I felt like absolute garbáge. For anyone who wants to know what garbáge is, it's French for trash."
Over the clip, he wrote: "When you've had 40 pounds of cheese and beer this weekend in Wisconsin."
I don't know — sounds like he did it right. But what in the world was he doing there?
A TikTok user commented on the video, asking Olson if he's from Wisconsin. He replied: "My whole fam is! I’m the only one from Connecticut."
In other videos Olson has posted, he's also repped Brewers apparel.
The Bananas were in Wisconsin in September, playing three sold-out games at Franklin Field.
While in town, Bananas, including Olson, visited American Family Field. Olson made a video there, teasing a forthcoming announcement.
The ballpark commented on that video: "Welcome to Milwaukee and AmFamField! 🔥😎."
But alas, when the 2024 Banana Ball World Tour was released in October, the home of the Brewers wasn't on the lineup.
