Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, says they are in talks to bring WWE WrestleMania and Royal Rumble to Saudi Arabia.

Mike Coppinger of ESPN recently wrote that an “enhancement” to Saudi Arabia’s agreement with WWE will be announced soon, per Turki Alalshikh. Alalshikh stated that he wanted to have WWE Royal Rumble and/or WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia.

Speaking on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Turki Alalshikh said they are in talks about potentially bringing the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania to Riyadh.

“We are talking in the future about WrestleMania and Royal Rumble. We are talking around ’26, ’27.”

Alalshikh also discussed UFC coming to Saudi Arabia on June 22. WWE and UFC merged to form TKO in September 2023.

In April, WWE President Nick Khan said that WrestleMania would be held in the United States and Canada for the foreseeable future. Check out his comments here.

WWE will hold King and Queen of the Ring in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on May 25.
