‘Saturday Night Live’ #TBT: Happy Kissing Thanksgiving

Gobble, gobble, kissy, kissy! Thanksgiving is here, and to mark the occasion, we dug through Saturday Night Live’s archives to find the perfect turkey day throwback clip.

It wasn’t easy, because there have been so many, from the 1979 “Thanksgiving Dinner” sketch starring Bill Murray to Adam Sandler’s Thanksgiving song. Last week’s Kristen Wiig-hosted episode gifted us with not one but two instant T-day classics.

This year, dig into this amazing 2011 recurring sketch featuring host Jason Segel and surprise guest Paul Rudd. Segel is Jacob Vogelcheck, who brings his girlfriend, Lucy (Vanessa Bayer), home for the holiday.

As we’ve seen with the Vogelchecks, they are a very affectionate family. Lucy watches in awkward dismay as Jacob kisses his mom, smooches with his dad, and makes out with his brother. They even engage in a ChapStick-sharing kiss chain. But that’s not even the grossest part — just wait until she sees how they “share” food with the homeless!

SNL returns with a new episode Dec. 3 with host Emma Stone and musical guest Shawn Mendes. Watch clips and full episodes of SNL on Yahoo View.
