Just when it looked like there was a break in the domestic abuse case between Keke Palmer and her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson—it appears it’s now time for Jackson’s older brother, Insecure star Sarunas Jackson to have his unfortunate moment in the spotlight once again. I’ll explain.

In a new petition filed on Tuesday, and obtained by People, former Insecure star Dominque Perry—mother to she and Sarunas’ five-year-old daughter, Zen—alleges that she has “experienced emotional volatility, intimidation, bullying, undeserved stress, mental and physical abuse, controlling and narcissistic behavior, all over the past 5 plus years from Sarunas and his family.”

“A few weeks later he showed up to my residence with scratches all over his neck and face. I asked what happened and he stated ‘he cornered his mom and they were fighting.’ The choking on his behalf is the norm. He is violent with women,” she alleged per court documents.

Both Dominque and the Games People Play star have clarified that they were “never in a romantic relationship,” with Sarunas adding in a Nov. 16 declaration that they were just “friends and co-workers.”

Sarunas has also denied all her allegations, saying further in the declaration:

“It is unclear where Respondent’s allegations of emotional volatility and intimidation are coming from. My family and I have always welcomed Respondent with open arms, inviting her to family events and showing her love and support in more ways than one. In return, Respondent has defamed my character to others, making them believe I am an absent father.”

What’s interesting to note is that Sarunas also said that Dominque’s claims have made him “fear for repercussions in my career” and fear a “looming threat” of court-ordered child support “for greater than the amount” that they initially agreed to.”

As previouly reported by The Root, this petition comes weeks after Sarunas recently filed for joint legal and physical custody of his five-year-old, claiming that child lives in California. However, Dominque fought back by asking a judge to deny Sarunas’ request, citing the fact that the child’s primary residence is Houston where she was born, she’s been the primary caregiver, the child lives exclusively with her, and that child is only in California when she books gigs.

She previously hinted that her former Insecure costar allegedly displayed “emotional volatility and intimidation” towards her in that filing.
