Sarah Paulson’s rare comments about her girlfriend Holland Taylor prove they’re more in love than ever. While many say the smitten phase ends within a couple of years, Paulson and Taylor’s romance proves the exact opposite.
During a recent appearance on Chelsea Handler’s podcast Dear Chelsea, the Goldfinch star said she thinks Taylor is “the smartest, wisest, funniest, most extraordinary person I’ve ever met. So I can’t imagine not being with her. I just can’t. I just feel very, very lucky to be around someone so incredibly witty and funny and smart and, I think, incredibly sexy.”

She added, “I find her to be the most beautiful woman. I tell her all the time, like, she’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen and she always will be.”
But Paulson’s heartwarming comments don’t end there, because she also gave a rare insight into how Taylor helps her anxiety. Taylor “sort of pulls me out of my tendency to be anxious or sort of hysterical in doubting my own abilities. And she’s sort of constantly reminding me of how capable I am.”

Despite meeting in 2005, the pair didn’t reportedly start dating until 2015 after working closely together on a reproductive rights campaign. They later confirmed their romance only a few months later, per Insider, and have kept their relationship quite private.
Despite many criticizing the 32-year age difference between the two, Paulson told Entertainment Weekly per The List, “I am the captain of my own ship, and I’ve never looked to anyone else to validate that, or tell me it’s OK.”
