Sarah Mary Chadwick Announces Album, Shares Video for New Song: Watch

New Zealand singer-songwriter Sarah Mary Chadwick has announced a new album: Me and Ennui Are Friends, Baby arrives on February 5, 2021 (via Ba Da Bing/Rice Is Nice). She’s leading the record with “Every Loser Needs a Mother.” Check out the track’s video, directed by Geoffrey O’Connor, below.

Me and Ennui Are Friends, Baby follows 2019’s The Queen Who Stole the Sky and Chadwick’s 2020 album Please Daddy. She performed much of the new album alone on piano. Ennui was mastered by David Walker and mixed and recorded by Geoffrey O’Connor.
