Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick will celebrate their 22nd wedding anniversary on May 19. The National Enquirer has come up with quite the present: a story claiming the married actors got into a “public screaming match” over the 57-year-old Broderick’s visits to London.

The tabloid — which has come under fire in recent months for being involved in burying negative stories about Donald Trump and allegedly trying to extort Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos over his extramarital affair — reached out to the Sex and the City star’s publicist for comment.

Turns out, Parker does have a comment about the matter — and she’s unleashing her outrage on social media.

The 54-year-old actress posted a screenshot of the National Enquirer’s message on Instagram, blasting its “untrue, disgraceful nonsense” in the accompanying caption.

“As usual, days ahead of our anniversary on May 19, the National Enquirer is making its annual best effort to fabricate and undermine, this time a blissful four days with my husband in London,” Parker, who shares three children with the Ferris Bueller star, wrote.

“There was no ‘screaming match’ as alleged in a restaurant or on the street, nor was there a confrontation as alleged about his time in London. My children and I are enormously proud of the work he is doing. After much thought I have decided to share a typical letter of ‘inquiry’ from these people. As if the truth, a response or any comments from me or my publicist had any bearing on what they threaten to ‘report.’

“Hey National Enquirer and your sister publications, why not celebrate a marriage of 22 years and relationship of 27 years? Because, despite your endless harassment and wasted ink, we are nearing three decades of love, commitment, respect, family and home. There's your ‘scoop’ from a ‘reliable source.’”

Parker’s famous fans — including Amy Sedaris, Jessica Alba and Courtney Love — are praising her for speaking out against the gossip.

“YOU GO SJ!!!!!!!!” cheered her best friend, Bravo host Andy Cohen. “AND HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO A BEAUTIFUL LOVING COUPLE!!”

“This is brilliant. And happy anniversary,” added Gwyneth Paltrow.

Ever the supportive sidekick, Sex and the City co-star Willie Garson, a.k.a. Stanford, wrote, “Dear National Enquirer: This loving family takes care of each other, are terrific friends to many, and support us and each other unconditionally. I speak to Mrs. almost daily, and Mr. quite often as well. Oh, the horror! Perhaps find another punching bag, or someone else to lie about.”

“Brilliant, Sarah!” wrote Megan Mullally. “Those who work in the tabloid industry have chosen a job that demeans, degrades and dehumanizes other human beings. Pure negativity. They’re all disgraceful. Great job of laying it out. And happy anniversary!”

“This is incredible absolute perfection!!” added Demi Moore. “Thank you and happy anniversary!”

Actress Pamela Adlon kept it simple: “F*** IT UP SJP!!!!”
