Sarah Jessica Parker Dishes on Possible 'Sex and the City 3' Plans

Sarah Jessica Parker is headlining a new HBO series called Divorce, co-starring Thomas Haden Church, that sits on the opposite side of the marital divide from Sex and the City, her landmark TV hit. That influential series following the adventures of four single ladies in NYC inspired two movies. In a new interview with Vanity Fair (watch it above), the actress responded to the question her fans have long wanted answered: Will there be a Sex and the City 3?

Her answer is…maybe? After a long, fun diversionary metaphor (involving kitchen pantries and warming drawers), Parker confesses that yes, she and creator Michael Patrick King “have talked about it.” That’s about all she’s willing to say, but the smile on her face suggests that the door indeed may be open for the actress to revisit Carrie Bradshaw in a feature at some point.
