Sarah Hyland Suffers X-Rated Bikini Wardrobe Malfunction On Mexico Beach

Sarah Hyland has suffered an exposing wardrobe malfunction. The "Modern Family" actress has been soaking up the sun in Cancun, Mexico ahead of the New Year with fiancé Wells Adams.

This actress doesn't get to frolick the beaches in peace, though. The Daily Mail's paparazzi was hot on the actress' heels, and it's likely that the photographer responsible for snapping Sarah's wardrobe malfunction will be dining out on his (or her) images.

The snaps were so exposing, The Daily Mail actually had to censor Sarah's chest with digitally-placed black cubes.

All Good Until...Oops

Sarah was looking sensational in her tiny black-and-white bikini. The 29-year-old's slender frame was on full show via her strapless white bikini top and black briefs. While Sarah looked gung-ho as she danced around on sands, her balletic pirouette didn't quite go to plan as her bikini fell down.

Sarah and her man also seemed to have indulged in some alcoholic beverages, with the British newspaper's report noting some beers at a table near the couple's sunbathing spot.

Sarah didn't seem to have noticed the wardrobe malfunction.

Before You Give Her A Hard Time, Two Kidney Transplants & Dialysis

Yes, it's easy to laugh. No, you probably shouldn't. Sarah herself is quite the tough cookie, having had around 16 operations for her severe health condition: the star suffers from kidney dysplasia and has undergone no less than two kidney transplants.

2016 saw Hyland's own father donate a kidney to help save his daughter's life, but it was touch and go as Sarah's body began to reject the kidney.

“When you have an organ transplant, it's basically a foreign thing in your body,” she told Self.

“Your immune system will want to attack it and be like, ‘What is this? This is not supposed to be here,'" she added.

Sarah's brother then donated his kidney in 2017.

Contemplated Suicide, Felt She 'Failed Her Dad'

On top of the physical hell Sarah has gone through, the rejection of her dad's kidney in 2016 left her with suicidal thoughts.

"I was very depressed. For a long time, I was contemplating suicide, because I didn’t want to fail my little brother like I failed my dad."

"For anybody that wants to reach out to somebody but doesn't really know how because they're too proud or they think that they'll be looked upon as weak, it's not a shameful thing to say. It's not a shameful thing to share," she added.

Happily Engaged & The Dialysis Near The 'Modern Family' Set

Things are looking up for Sarah, though. The star announced her engagement earlier this year – she and Wells are now inseparable. That said, this wouldn't be the first wardrobe malfunction from Sarah, although the November one left her beau absolutely drooling.

Sarah has been managing her need for regular dialysis by having the treatment near the "Modern Family" set.

Christmas also seemed to go well for Sarah, with the star sharing a gorgeous snap of herself with Wells by the tree.
