Prince Andrew might have run out of ways to earn a living, but somebody else in his household is willing to jump in to help. Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s ex-wife and roommate at Royal Lodge, is reportedly looking to take her charming personality to a whole new level — and we suspect the royal family will hate this idea.

Twenty years ago, Ferguson filmed a television pilot for a talk show with producer Amy Rosenbaum. While the show eventually went to Ellen DeGeneres instead, the former royal is revisiting the idea in hopes of earning a high income to support her family. “Sarah knows very well that she could have been the next Ellen,” a source revealed to The National Enquirer, via RadarOnline. “She also grasps the magnitude of the fortune she might have amassed — a staggering $50 million a year.”
That might be a nice sum for renovating Royal Lodge, which needs major repairs. With the former couple hoping to stay in the estate instead of moving to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former Frogmore Cottage like King Charles III wanted, this would provide a path to “financial stability” for them. “With Prince Andrew’s ties to the royal family severed, the mantle of financial stability now rests firmly on Sarah’s shoulders,” the insider added. “With Ellen gone, the duchess might have a second shot!”
