Mexican rap: Ángel Quezada aka Santa Fe Klan is a rising star on the global stage. The Mexican rapper has reached global audiences after his single "Soy" was featured on the "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Prologue" EP in 2022 and the release of his sixth album "TODO" in July.

In 2022, the Guanajuato native received the Premio Juventud award for “Nuevo artista en el género Regional Mexicano" ("New artist in the Regional Mexican genre").

Santa Fe Klan will perform Saturday at Acrisure Arena. Snow Da Product and Tornillo also will perform.

Broadway: Los Angeles native Glenn Rosenblum has performed in off-Broadway productions such as "Lucky Lucy" and "Rise of David Levinsky" and several productions in the Los Angeles area, including regional productions of "Guys and Dolls," "Cabaret" and "Little Shop of Horrors." You might also recognize him from appearances in shows such as "Bones" and an Old Navy commercial with Kristin Chenoweth.

On Thursday, Rosenblum will perform "Broadway Showstoppers" at Coachella Valley Repertory as part of its Summer Cabaret Series. The performance will feature songs from Broadway productions such as "Peter Pan," "On a Clear Day You Can See Forever" and "Funny Girl." He'll be joined by vocalists Joshua Finkel and Alix Korey.

Jazz: What do prominent names such as Norah Jones, Elvis Costello and Dizzy Gillespie have in common? They've collaborated with Dirty Dozen Brass Band, a New Orleans style jazz band that's been performing for over 40 years. The band has recorded its lively versions of songs such as "When The Saints Go Marching In," "I Shall Not Be Moved" and "It's All Over Now."

See for yourself on Friday when Dirty Dozen Brass Band performs at Pappy and Harriet's.

Rock: In 1971, the rock band Three Dog Night had a No. 1 hit following the release of its song "Joy to the World." The song is recognized for its opening lyrics "Jeremiah was a bullfrog" and catchy chorus. It's a staple of '70s rock and has appeared in films such as "Forrest Gump" and "The Big Chill." But it was one of many hits for Three Dog Night between 1969 to 1975.

Even though vocalist Danny Hutton is the only remaining original member, Three Dog Night is still going strong and according to the band's website, plays an average of 70 shows a year.

Three Dog Night will perform on Saturday at Morongo Casino Resort and Spa.

Country: Trace Adkins' 25th anniversary of his 1996 debut "Dreamin' Out Loud" was interrupted by the pandemic, but the country singer is celebrated his multi-platinum country career in 2021 with the release of his 17th album "The Way I Wanna Go" featuring collaborations with Stevie Wonder, Melissa Etheridge, Snoop Dogg and more.

The Louisiana native is well-known for his 2005 single "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," which has become country slang for a woman's backside, including his many opinions on political and culture, which he shared in the 2007 autobiography "A Personal Stand: Observations and Opinions from a Free-Thinking Roughneck."

Adkins will perform on Sunday at Spotlight 29 Casino.
