Santa Clauses Season 2 Trailer: Eric Stonestreet’s Mad Santa Is Out for Revenge — Plus, Tracy Morgan’s Easter Bunny Makes His Debut

Say goodbye to Fizbo… and hello to Mad Santa.

Disney+ on Tuesday dropped the first trailer for The Santa Clauses Season 2, which introduces two-time Emmy winner Eric Stonestreet as Magnus Antas — aka the Mad Santa — who reigned during the 14th Century and is now returning to try and take down Scott and reclaim the North Pole.

In addition to the Modern Family star, franchise newcomers include Gabriel Iglesias (Mr. Iglesias) as Kris “Kringle” Moreno, “the owner and operator of a Christmas-themed amusement park called Santaland,” Tracy Morgan (30 Rock) as the Easter Bunny, and Marta Kessler (The Mysterious Benedict Society) as Magnus’ sidekick Olga, a surly, take-no-prisoners gnome.

The trailer also marks the return of franchise vet Kevin Pollak (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), who reprises his role as Cupid. Watch below:

In Season 2, “the Calvin family is back at the North Pole, as Scott (again played by Tim Allen) continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were thwarted,” according to the official logline. “Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Cal (Austin Kane) to eventually take over the ‘family business.'”

Returning series regulars include Elizabeth Mitchell as Carol, Elizabeth Allen-Dick as Sandra, Austin Kane as Cal and Devin Bright as Noel. Matilda Lawler, who starred in Season 1 as Santa’s chief of staff Betty, will return as a recurring guest star. Additional returnees include Liam Kyle as Gary, Isabella Bennett as Edie, Sasha Knight as Crouton, Ruby Jay as Riley, Mia Lynn Bangunan as Pontoon, and Laura San Giacomo as La Befana, the Christmas Witch.

The Santa Clauses premieres Wednesday, Nov. 8, with its first two episodes. The six-episode season will continue to unspool weekly, culminating in a Dec. 6 finale.
