Santa Claus is coming to the mall on Saturday. Here's all the holiday festivities planned.

DARTMOUTH -- You better watch out, you better not cry, better not pout, I'm telling you why, Santa Claus is coming to the Dartmouth Mall on Nov. 18.

This Saturday at 10 a.m., Santa will arrive on a Dartmouth fire truck with sirens blaring. Kids are encouraged to dress in their pajamas and meet in front of the AMC Theatre to welcome him. Everyone will get their own jingle bells.

After his arrival, he will be escorted to Center Court where he will be greeted by the Grinch, Paw Patrol characters and other fun performers.

There will also be craft tables, live entertainment, dancing and more. The mall will be also open to holiday shoppers, offering early Black Friday sales.

More: The Drawing Room is selling art made by kids. Here's how it all started in the store.

"It's just going to be a really festive environment and so much fun for the kids," said Dartmouth Mall Marketing Director Beth Zager.

What to expect when Santa comes to the mall

Zager suggests families arrives between 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. to get a good spot to greet Santa. The line to take photos with Mr. Claus will also be full of entertainment as people wait.

"There'll be elves and stuff passing out little goodies and there'll be a juggler to entertain the kids while they're waiting in line," Zager said. "We tell all the kids to wear pajamas because you know kids love going out in their pajamas. So it will be a blast."

Throughout the season, Santa will be posing for photos at Center Court from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The mall is also hosting other fun events such as bring your fur babies to take photos with Santa. Zager also said photos are for all ages, too.

"We love that kids from the 80s that took pictures with Santa come back and retake the photos for the parents," she added "I think that happens actually a lot and it's so much fun."
