Sandestin sets free ‘The Eras Tour’ watch party with cocktails, friendship bracelets

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. (WKRG) — Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is inviting the public to a free launch party for Taylor Swift’s new album, “The Tortured Poets Department.” This follows the release of one track that name-drops Destin.

According to a press release, Swifties can all get together for an “unforgettable launch party of Taylor Swift’s new Album, ‘The Tortured Poet’s Department,’ followed by a special screening of ‘The Eras Tour’ movie.”

During the launch party, which starts at 5 p.m., a live DJ will spin tracks from the new album, and a friendship bracelet-making station will be available for Swifties to “get crafty.”

Following the launch party, the release notes that “Sandestin is rolling out the red carpet for a special screening of ‘The Eras Tour’ on the big screen.”

The watch party is set to start at 7 p.m., according to the release.

During the screening, guests can sip specialty Taylor Swift-themed drinks, including the Bad Blood Orange Cocktail.
