Samuel L. Jackson responds to viral mashup of Kavanaugh testimony and 'Pulp Fiction' scenes
Samuel L. Jackson appreciates a good laugh, but finds absolutely no humor in President Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.
On Friday, the production company Elara Pictures posted a video of Kavanaugh's testimony spliced with the several of the actor's scenes from Pulp Fiction. It made the rounds on social media and gave many tired, discouraged people around the world, including Jackson himself, a much-needed laugh.
After the actor saw the recut Tarantino movie, he decided to share his thoughts on Twitter and let the world know that while he thinks the video is funny, he's taking Kavanaugh very seriously.

"Funny as hell, but there’s nothing funny about his Lying Fratboy Ass!!!" Jackson tweeted on Friday alongside the mashup that featured his character, Jules Winnfield.

Though it's clear the actor does not support Kavanaugh's confirmation, he later tweeted a clarification to let followers know he was not accusing all men in fraternities of being "liars and rapists."
"I cast that net a lil bit wide," he wrote.
Apologies to you Fratboys that aren’t liars & rapists, I cast that net a lil bit wide.

This isn't the first time Jackson has weighed in on politics via Twitter, and he's never shied away from slamming Donald Trump or the Trump administration publicly.
Back in 2017, Jackson even tweeted frustration over Trump's judicial nominee Matthew Petersen, who showed a lack of understanding of basic law and ultimately withdrew from consideration.

On Friday, Kavanaugh's Senate confirmation vote was delayed to accommodate a requested week-long FBI investigation that was granted by President Trump.
Until the findings of the FBI investigation are revealed, at least we have this footage Samuel L. Jackson yelling "Check out the big brain on Brett?" to distract us.
