Country star Sam Hunt is finally coming back to Milwaukee, three years after the pandemic canceled a gig headlining Summerfest.

Hunt announced the dates for his Outskirts Tour 2024 Monday morning, including a March 15 concert at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.

Brett Young and Lily Rose are also on the bill.

Tickets for Hunt's concert will go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 20 at SamHunt.com/Tour, with an artist presale beginning at 10 a.m. Oct. 18. Info on ticket prices wasn't immediately available.

The country singer-songwriter had been booked to headline Summerfest in 2020, but a month into the COVID-19 pandemic, he postponed his tour, including the Summerfest gig, into the fall, planning to play the American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Sept. 4 of that year as part of a condensed fall edition of the festival. But not long after, Hunt canceled his entire tour altogether, and Summerfest 2020 was canceled as well.

Hunt's 2020 album "Southside" went platinum, with four No. 1 country hits, including "Body Like a Back Road." More recent hits include "Outskirts" and "Women in My Life"; on Friday, he's due to release his newest single, "Came the Closest."
