Sam Hunt to perform at Bridgestone Arena in 2024

Sam Hunt's back (again).

The vocalist behind 11-times platinum-selling 2017 single "Body Like A Back Road" and 2020's genre-bending pop-country smash "Hard To Forget" appears to be past legal issues that have slowed him and will be playing at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Mar. 1, 2024.

Tickets will be available starting with a presale beginning Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. local time. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general on-sale starting Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. local time at http://www.SamHunt.com/Tour.

Joining Hunt for 17 announced dates nationwide are multi-platinum-selling country artist Brett Young and fellow Georgia native Lily Rose.

Hunt's strengths as a singles artist have allowed him to become a radio and streaming staple in the past decade.

He has achieved 10 No. 1 radio hits in the past decade and sold nearly 50 million singles.

However, since being arrested in Nov. 2019 in Nashville for allegedly driving under the influence and being found guilty of the charge in Aug. 2021, his driver's license was suspended for a year and he was sentenced to jail for 11 months and 29 days -- that sentence was suspended except for 48 hours.

Had he gone to trial and been convicted, Hunt faced more than two years in prison.

The performer was required to have an interlock installed in his vehicle when his license was reinstated.

In Aug. 2021, Hunt stated via social media, "It was a poor and selfish decision and I apologize to everyone who was unknowingly put at risk and let down by it. It won't happen again."

Since Aug. 2021, Hunt has released a No. 1 single, "23," two top 20 hits (including the Ingrid Andress duet "Wishful Drinking") and currently, tracks "Outskirts" and "Came The Closest" are his most recent offerings.
