Actor Sam Asghari is alleging that Britney Spears has attacked him on numerous occasions throughout their relationship only one day after he filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
The former personal trainer first met the "Toxic" singer on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016. He popped the question in September 2021, shortly before her 13-year conservatorship was struck down by a judge in September 2021. The two tied the knot in June 2022, but headlines have revealed nothing but trouble for the couple since then.
Although the actor reportedly moved out of the couple's home due to accusations that the pop star had been unfaithful to him, he is now claiming only one day after filing for divorce that Britney got physically violent with him - and has the photos to prove it.

There was trouble on the horizon in March 2023 after both Britney and Sam were photographed out and about without their wedding rings, but it seems trouble started long before that. In December 2022, only a few months after they were married, Britney confessed in a since-deleted Instagram post that the actor left her crying in her car all day after he allegedly told her that he “hates” her meditation practice and thought that she had “gone bonkers.”
Although Britney has never accused Sam of domestic abuse in any of her Instagram posts, sources are now coming forward to say that the “Special Ops: Lioness” actor has been the victim of physical violence from the pop star on more than one occasion during their relationship, which started in 2016 after he appeared in her “Slumber Party” music video.
Only one day after filing for divorce, sources told TMZ that Britney once gave him a black eye while he was sleeping. Insiders claimed that Sam “frequently complained” about the pop star “getting physical” with him on more than one occasion and noted that there were numerous instances where security had to intervene to prevent things from getting out of hand.
However, on one occasion, a source claims that Sam was sleeping in bed when Britney “flew off the handle and began punching him.” It is unclear what triggered this attack; however, they made it clear that Britney was the instigator and Sam made no move to defend himself against the alleged physical assault.

It is unclear when the incident took place, but it seems to have happened earlier this year. The outlet reported that the actor had been photographed with a black eye and what appears to be bite marks on his forearm in the middle of January 2023. However, Sam “tried to play it off” when interacting with paparazzi and asked not to be photographed at the time, according to the outlet.
If that wasn’t enough, sources also claimed that Britney has a “fascination with knives” that are located throughout the house, including their bedroom. The knives are reportedly there for Britney’s protection, with one insider telling the outlet that she "was paranoid someone was going to get her, and she needed the knives as protection."
That being said, an insider claimed that Sam was “terrified” that Britney might “fly off the handle” and, if these allegations are true, it appears that he has a right to be concerned. However, he hasn't been getting much sympathy from fans. On Wednesday night, a source told Page Six that the 29-year-old actor is reportedly “attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid.”
As The Blast previously reported, Sam is asking for both spousal support and attorney’s fees in the divorce and it seems as though he is set to challenge the prenup. According to the court documents, the actor “has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party.” It goes on to say, “There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time.”
As for Britney, she took to Instagram on Wednesday night, not to discuss the divorce, but to reveal that she planned on buying a horse.
